Logics Academy is Canada’s leading source for education Robotics, STEM learning for students and professional development for educators. As Head of Curriculum & Training I am responsible for all educational programs and opportunities. In this role I speak across the country at EdTech conferences, lead professional development for educators across Canada and lead our education staff as we teach STEM lessons to students throughout the GTA.

OnEducation is one the most downloaded education podcasts in North America. Every week Glen Irvin and I interview some of the best educators in the world, covering the most important things you need to know about teachers, teaching, and everything in between.

head of computer studies | rhms | SEPT 2014-NOV 2018

My role at RHMS included teaching the Computer Science program to students in Grade Two through Eight. The curriculum was designed by me and included lessons in Digital Literacy, Web Design, Graphic Design, Robotics, and Programming. I attempted to provide cross-curricular, inquiry-based lessons, which complemented the lessons students were learning in other subjects. Additionally, my role consisted of training and development for the 50+ staff at the school in the use of technology to improve their practice.
